About Breakfast Collection
Our Breakfast Blend is a light-to-medium roast built for the way most people actually drink coffee: alongside eggs, toast, or a quick bowl of cereal on the way out the door. We blend beans from Colombia and Brazil to strike a balance between brightness and body — enough acidity to wake you up, enough sweetness that it never turns bitter as it cools. Tasting notes lean toward toasted walnut, a hint of mild apple, and a soft raisin sweetness that lingers into a smooth, toffee-like finish. Because it is roasted lighter than our bolder blends, Breakfast Blend keeps more of its natural sugars intact, which is part of why it pairs so well with sweet or savory morning food without competing with either. It brews well in a drip machine, pour-over, or French press, and holds up nicely as an iced coffee if you want something refreshing on a warm morning. Like every Beantiful coffee, it is roasted in small batches and shipped fresh, available in every size from a 2.46 oz sample to a 5 lb bulk bag, whole bean or ground to your preferred grind.
