We take pride in our coffee quality. Here's our policy for returns, refunds, and quality concerns.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for tangible merchandise items. However, coffee bags and single-serve cups are not returnable due to their nature as a consumable food product. If 30 days have passed since your tangible merchandise purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be coffee or tea (or any standard grocery store food/beverage item) and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Quality or Damage Issues on Coffee

If there's a quality or damage issue with coffee items delivered to you, we can help further. We stand behind the freshness and quality of our roasts. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any custom items. This policy applies only to complete orders — we do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Coffee bags, single-serve pods, and all food/beverage products

• Gift cards or discount codes

• Downloadable products including software

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Any virtual / downloadable item including coupons, software, images or gift cards

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Non-consumable items with obvious signs of use

• A product that has been opened

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

1. First check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact page.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, so long as your item qualifies for a return. Once the returned item is received and approved for credit, a gift certificate or discount code will be mailed or emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We Only Replace Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We may, at our discretion, refund the item instead of sending a replacement.
