Extra Dark
Africa · Central America
Our Cold Brew Blend is near French Roast — roasted from a secret recipe that blends South American and Central American beans for unmatched consistent flavor, cold or hot. Cold brew coffee uses a slow, gentle extraction — coarse grounds steeped 12–24 hours in cold water — resulting in less acidity and a smoother taste. This blend is engineered for that experience, but it's just as excellent brewed hot.

Extra Dark
Colombia · Brazil · Costa Rica · Nicaragua · Guatemala · Tanzania
Perfectly roasted French Roast beans are very dark — slightly beyond dark roast — and sometimes feature natural oils from the beans for strong, bold flavor. Extended roasting caramelizes natural sugars, creating a complex bitter-sweet taste. The smoky character comes from high roasting temperatures. Often enjoyed with cream or sugar, and excellent in espresso drinks.

Extra Dark Oily
Central America
If you want your coffee to taste like pure, very dark coffee — no fruit notes, no floral hints, no tobacco — this is your blend. An extreme dark roast with oily beans and strong flavor. Origin flavors are deliberately muted for a pure, deep coffee experience. Excellent as an espresso base because its bold flavor stands up well to milk and foam.

Medium (50% Decaf)
South America
A 50/50 blend of caffeinated and decaffeinated South American beans, roasted medium for balanced flavor. Half-caff provides about half the caffeine of a regular cup — perfect for those who enjoy coffee but want to reduce their intake. The regular beans provide flavor and aroma; the decaf beans keep it smooth and low-key. A great afternoon or evening option.

Medium (100% Decaf)
Single Origin — Colombia
Our Swiss Water Decaf is a single-origin Colombian medium roast processed using the Swiss Water Process — a 100% chemical-free method using water and activated charcoal to extract caffeine. Decaf coffee typically retains 1–2% of original caffeine. Ours maintains all the flavor complexity of a great Colombian bean: honey sweetness, dried fruit richness, and a molasses-fig finish.
